Hosting and technical logs
Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) hosts this website. Cloudflare processes IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and technical browser data for delivery, security and reliability. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Client rooms and sign-in
Cloudflare Access protects private client rooms. Sign-in uses the invited email address, a one-time code, authentication logs and necessary session cookies. This website checks which rooms that address may access. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Fonts
The homepage loads Hanken Grotesk and Paytone One from Google Fonts. Project previews may also load fonts from Google Fonts and Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry), as well as local font files. External font requests disclose technical connection data, including your IP address, to the respective font provider. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (consistent presentation).
Previews and browser storage
Interactive cards use local sample data. Your project/tool selection and dismissal of the entry screen are stored in sessionStorage for the browser session. The Japanese preview can use your browser’s speech synthesis; its processing depends on your browser and operating system.
Analytics
This website does not use analytics or marketing trackers. Cloudflare processes technical hosting and access logs for delivery and security.
Contact and external links
If you contact me by email, your information is processed to handle your enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). External links lead to independent services with their own privacy notices.
Retention and international transfers
Enquiries are retained as needed to handle them and fulfil legal obligations. Cloudflare and the font providers may process data outside the EU. Their linked privacy notices describe safeguards and provider retention practices.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under Articles 15–21 GDPR, and the right to complain to a data protection authority. Use the contact above for enquiries.
