Most agility problems are structural.
A client once told me: “I could lock you in a room for two weeks with any problem and I know you'd come out with a solution.”
Team-level coaching hits a ceiling when the org design works against it, and that ceiling is where I spend my time. I also build tools, because the next generation of this work is AI-augmented and I would rather practise it than describe it.
