A first walk through Selflever
Selflever is a bilingual coaching tool built around Robert Dilts' logical levels. You answer a question at each of seven levels of self-description. The AI coach adapts its questions to your words and looks for contradictions across your answers.
The levels run from environment and behaviour through capabilities, beliefs and values to identity and mission. The model is a coaching heuristic. Its level placements are choices to examine, and the app asks you to confirm any suggested move of an answer between levels.
Start with the example
The worked example follows Alex, a team lead who intercepts everything before it reaches the board. It shows an answer at each level, a coaching note explaining the placement, and a diagnosis of the tension between identity and mission.
The interactive demo takes the same case through the actual interface with cached responses. Use it to try the questions and the alignment screen before starting a session with your own material.
Walk forward, then look back
In your own walk, you move through all seven levels. If you are unsure, “Don't know yet” keeps you with the current question. When the app thinks an answer belongs elsewhere, it quotes your words and offers “Keep” or “Move”. You decide.
After the forward pass, the alignment screen identifies up to two pairs of levels where your answers pull in different directions. Each comes with an open coaching question. The optional backward pass lets you revisit the answers with the full picture in view.
The diagnosis names a gap in your own language. What you do with it belongs to the coaching conversation.
